Our Project
As we became more and more familiar with mindfulness and started to share it with others, we found that mindfulness doesn't discriminate. Mindfulness doesn't care how old you are, what your line of work is, your gender, or anything else that might separate us. Mindfulness brings each other together and provides inner individual growth. Our project is to guide you in developing a personalized mindful practice so you, too, can experience living life in real time.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a broad term that covers a lot of practices and topics that Project Mindfulness implements. The word mindfulness itself is defined quite simply, bringing awareness to the present moment. Mindfulness requires constant practice and can be applied using a variety of tools and techniques. Our job is to make mindfulness accessible, relatable, and beneficial. When we improve our own personal awareness, it benefits everyone around us.

Our Story
Hi there! We are Jett and Essie, wife and wife, adventure companions, and co-owners of Project Mindfulness. Project Mindfulness came to life after we saw how mindfulness transformed our lives. Life can be extremely tough, it can also be unbelievably awesome. Mindfulness helped us sit with the tough times and live fully in the joyous times. We figure, with the short time we’ve got on this magical planet, why not live life consciously and discover our best while we are at it? After realizing how creating a personalized mindful lifestyle bettered us, we became really passionate about sharing the tools with others. We left their careers in education after nearly a decade, got certificated in Advanced Mindfulness Training and studied Vipassana meditation in Thailand. We went on to create Project Mindfulness, pursuing the life of helping others discover their best through a personalized mindful practice.
